1. The delivery date is given as an indication, any delay regardless of our will does not change the general conditions of sale.
2. The Buyer agrees to pay CMS the total cost including delivery costs before shipping the goods.
3. All costs, registration stamp duty and fees may be borne by the buyer and are payable in advance.
4. CMS assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, fire or any other unforeseen unfortunate event.
5. Goods delivered may not be taken back or exchanged.
6. Any disputes that may arise will first be settled amicably.
7. Under no circumstances may any goods sold be refunded.
8. By way of derogation, it should be noted that in the event of a dispute, the Court of Abidjan shall have sole jurisdiction.
